A respected, full-service law firm with a strong presence in Nashville, Tennessee is seeking a Litigation Associate with experience in construction-related disputes. The Opportunity:

The ideal candidate will be a proactive, skilled litigator ready to take on meaningful responsibility from day one. This role involves working closely with clients and senior attorneys on a variety of matters, including:

• Construction litigation and arbitration
• Regulatory disputes
• Case strategy and motions practice
• Discovery and client counselling

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, ideally with construction focus
• Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills
• A team-oriented mindset with excellent communication
• Must be licensed to practice in Tennessee
