About the Role: LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Finance Paralegal to join a dynamic legal team managing complex real estate transactions in Nashville, TN. This position is ideal for detail-oriented professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy collaborating with attorneys, clients, lenders, and title companies. The role offers a hybrid work schedule (three days in-office, two days remote), and fully remote arrangements may be considered for exceptionally qualified candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and review a variety of legal documents, including purchase agreements, leases, loan documents, deeds, and easement agreements.
- Conduct thorough due diligence by ordering and analyzing title searches, surveys, and related documents to identify and resolve potential issues.
- Coordinate all aspects of real estate transactions from inception to closing, maintaining clear communication with all parties involved.
- Organize closing binders, prepare settlement statements, and assist attorneys in managing the closing process to ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
- Maintain case files, manage legal databases and case management software, and provide general administrative support.
- Ensure all real estate transactions comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial real estate, preferably in a law firm, title company, or commercial lending environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with real estate legal software.
- Strong knowledge of commercial real estate law, contract drafting and review, and title and survey analysis.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret complex legal documents and resolve issues efficiently.
