Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Concrete Finisher – Power Trowel Operators for projects located in Moorhead, MN . This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $28-34/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are a Concrete Finisher – Power Trowel Operator eager to master your skills while working alongside our accomplished Craft Professionals, this is your chance to advance your career!

Job Scope:

• Operate walk-behind and ride-on power trowels to smooth and finish freshly poured concrete

• Assess and maintain correct finish and flatness levels

• Work efficiently on large slab pours

• Ensure proper curing and surface treatment of finished concrete

• Maintain and clean trowel equipment

• Follow job site safety protocols and company procedures

• Work independently or with minimal supervision

• Communicate clearly with crew leads and supervisors as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant concrete finishing experience

• Proficient with both walk-behind and riding power trowels

• Ability to work independently and maintain production pace

• Must have a valid driver’s license

• Reliable transportation to and from the job site

• Must be punctual, dependable, and safety-minded
