We are seeking physician (MD/DO) contractors to conduct In-home Health Evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and select commercial plan members.
These evaluations involve a comprehensive review of medication and medical history, along with a physical assessment, all performed in the comfort of the member's home. This is an excellent opportunity for physicians looking to supplement their income, manage their clinical commitments flexibly, or for resident physicians aiming to gain experience in a supportive environment. You will receive a pre-populated, patient-specific form for each evaluation, and note that you are not required to prescribe medication, order lab tests, or modify existing treatment plans.
