A well-established, rapidly growing national food manufacturing company is seeking a Commodity Coordinator to join its expanding team. This role is fully remote and supports K-12 school foodservice programs across the country. The right candidate will play a vital role in ensuring USDA commodity allocations are managed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with federal guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and reconcile USDA commodity balances across multiple programs and school districts.
- Manage daily activities within Processor Link (or similar systems), ensuring accurate data entry and tracking.
- Create and distribute reports detailing school drawdown balances and usage trends.
- Collaborate with processors, schools, and internal teams to ensure timely commodity drawdowns.
- Track end-of-year balances to minimize carryover or waste.
- Analyze commodity usage to recommend improvements in allocation and planning.
- Maintain organized records for audits and compliance purposes.
- Support sales and leadership teams with reporting, data analysis, and special projects.
- Provide training and guidance to schools on commodity processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Nutrition, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in commodity management, K-12 foodservice, or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in Processor Link (or equivalent systems).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of USDA Foods program guidelines (a plus).
- Self-starter with strong accountability and customer service mindset.
