CNC Machinists

Aerotek is seeking skilled CNC machinists to join their client's precision manufacturing team. If you're a detail-oriented professional with a passion for machining and a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

• Operate CNC mills and/or lathes to produce high-quality components
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions
• Perform setups, tool changes, and adjustments to ensure optimal performance
• Inspect parts using precision measuring tools to maintain tight tolerances
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a machinist (CNC or manual) - 3+ years of on the job experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of machining processes and materials
• Ability to work independently and troubleshoot issues on the floor
• Familiarity with G-code and CNC programming is a plus
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $32.00/hr.
