Overview

The Client Service team connects Guidepoints clients with subject-matter experts to better inform their business decisions. They take the time to understand each clients specific research needs and deliver the experts closest to the topic, often within hours. As a Client Service Associate, you will understand your clients unique business questions and identify the experts who can best provide the answers. You will recruit new experts into our network and determine which ones are best suited to speak with the client. This role represents an opportunity to develop core business skills and gain exposure to a wide range of industries and disciplines.

Experience You Will Bring

• Bachelors degree, with strong academic track record
• Previous internship/volunteering/extracurriculars

• Desire to work in a sourcing/lead generation role
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Outgoing personality with the ability to speak with people at all professional levels
• Intellectual curiosity and desire to learn

• Demonstrated ability to work both individually and as part of a team

What We Offer

The annual base salary for this position is $70,000. Additionally, this position is eligible for a yearly bonus of up to $4,000 based on performance.
