Role: Housekeeper

Responsibilities
- Perform daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
- Ensure thorough cleaning and sanitation of all areas while adhering to established procedures and safety guidelines.
- Maintain records of cleaning activities and report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor promptly.
- Follow infection control and universal precautions policies to ensure a sanitary environment.
- Engage positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service at all times.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous housekeeping experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Maintain a positive attitude and effectively communicate with residents, staff, and HCSG leaders.
- Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
- Must be able to lift and carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull up to 50 pounds, and stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks consistently.
- Comfortable working with cleaning products.
- Able to follow both oral and written instructions.
- Residency within the service area is required.
