Job Details
We're looking for an experienced Estimator to take the lead on pricing and bid strategy for a range of civil infrastructure projects. If you're detail-driven, thrive in a collaborative environment, and enjoy shaping projects from the ground up, this role could be a great fit.
Your Role Includes:

• Breaking down project documents to build clear, accurate cost estimates
• Working closely with engineers and project managers to develop competitive proposals
• Managing outreach to subcontractors and vendors during bid prep
• Leveraging tools like HCSS HeavyBid and Bluebeam to improve efficiency
• Ensuring smooth transitions from estimating to project execution

What You'll Need:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience estimating civil work (utilities, grading, concrete, etc.)
• Experience in civil and/or drainageway construction
• Proficiency with HCSS HeavyBid; familiarity with HeavyJob is a plus
• Strong multitasking skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience
• Excellent analytical thinking and clear communication
