Our client, a leading organization in the construction industry, is seeking a Bridge Estimator to join their team. As a Bridge Estimator, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting the Construction and Project Management teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Castle Rock

What's the Job?

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for bridge construction projects based on project specifications and drawings
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to gather accurate data and ensure estimates are comprehensive
• Analyze bid documents, contracts, and technical data to develop competitive and accurate proposals
• Assist in the review and evaluation of subcontractor and supplier quotes
• Maintain organized records of estimates, assumptions, and supporting documentation for future reference

What's Needed?

• Experience in estimating for bridge or heavy civil construction projects
• Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and cost factors
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
