We are a well-established, design-driven civil engineering firm urgently seeking a Civil Engineer / Project Manager(P.E) with a strong background in site development and land planning. What We Are Looking For:

Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E. Required) in Tennessee or transferable license
Registered LEED AP is a plus (Not Required)
4+ years of experience in commercial site design and/or land development
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, permitting, and agency coordination
Confident communicator who can interface with clients, agencies, and internal teams
Motivated team player looking to build a long-term career with leadership potential
