What You'll Do

Provide individual and group therapy for youth
Develop and manage treatment plans and documentation
Maintain 15+ weekly sessions (part-time) or 25+ (full-time)
Collaborate with a dynamic, mission-driven team
Support clients using creative and culturally informed approaches

What You Need

Master's in a behavioral health field
Active Virginia clinical license (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, etc.)
Experience working with children, teens, and families
Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
Comfort with diverse populations and EHR systems
Ability to pass a background check

Preferred

Supervisor-eligible
Bilingual or certified in youth-focused modalities
Familiarity with local community resources

Compensation: $64,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
