Full-time Position

Starting at $16 per hour

Employment for 32+ hours per week

Total compensation potential: From $56,900 to $59,500 per year

Annual salary compensation $31,700 to $34,300 per year, up to $40,700 per year with overtime.
100% free college tuition: approx. $16,000 per year.*
Access to up to $2,500 per year in college scholarships.
Free meals: approx. $2,080 per year.
401K: approx. $1,320 per year
Employer contribution to health insurance premiums: $3,300.
Total compensation package: From $56,900 to $59,500 per year, up to $65,900 with overtime.

*Although we pay 100% of college tuition for Professional Certificate, Associate, Bachelors, and Masters programs, our estimate was calculated based on a diploma equivalent to a Bachelors degree.
