$3/hr Weekly Attendance Bonus
$2 shift premium from 2:00pm-6:00am
Sign-on Bonus: $5,000

What You Will Do:

• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues independently.
• Utilize strong problem-solving and programming troubleshooting skills.
• Ensure the reliability of manufacturing processes and compliance with safety standards.
• Perform preventative and annual maintenance on equipment.
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment.
• Read and interpret mechanical, electrical, and control schematics.
• Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).
• Prepare and maintain organized and safe work environments.
• Respond to unplanned maintenance needs effectively.
• Document work orders and maintenance records accurately.
• Communicate maintenance updates effectively.

Required Qualifications:

• Electrical/Maintenance Journeyman License in Michigan.
• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Basic programming and advanced troubleshooting skills, preferably with Allen-Bradley.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Able to troubleshoot PLCs and Ladder logic.
• Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, P&IDs, and wiring schematics.
• Willingness to work weekends and off shift hours as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with SAP/PPE systems.
• Experience in Allen-Bradley programming and troubleshooting.
• Maintenance experience in a food processing environment.
• Proficient with test/calibration tools (RTD calibrators, multimeters, etc.).
