Operations Manager

To manage operations for an urgent care clinic. Ensure quality of patient care. Ensure maintenance of clinic building and supplies. Ensure complete and accurate charges are attributed to each patient. This position works directly with a franchised business location. Responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, and completing onboarding processes for various roles; supervising, evaluating, and executing performance evaluations of non-provider staff; partnering with the Medical Director to ensure that medical care is delivered in accordance with physician instructions and that high-quality care is rendered; ensuring staff compliance with company policies and procedures and state and federal rules and regulations; leading and organizing staff meetings, daily huddles, and in-service programs; spearheading the resolution of patient and staff concerns while continually monitoring patient satisfaction through various tools; ensuring compliance with front office procedures and accuracy of financial transactions; ensuring maintenance and cleanliness of the facility, and adequate stock of regular medical and janitorial supplies; and monitoring various key performance indicators and putting programs in place for continual improvement.

Qualifications include a bachelor's degree preferred, a minimum of two years experience working in a supervisory role in a medical office preferred, demonstrated skills in written, verbal, and consultative communications, ability to deliver high levels of customer service and achieve customer satisfaction, and understanding of compliance and regulatory guidelines.
