A facility is seeking a Cardiothoracic Surgery Physician Associate for locum tenens coverage.

The facility is located in Upstate New York.

The role involves OR and ICU responsibilities (no clinic) focused on cardiac and thoracicnot vascularsurgery. Shift structure includes non-call days (7amfinish) and 24-hour call shifts with the following day off, typically 12 calls per week. Candidates should have standard CT surgery skills, including first assist and vein harvesting. Case load is 12 surgeries per day. The team includes 3 surgeons, CVICU APPs, a scrub tech, and OR RNs. EPIC EMR experience preferred.
