The primary duty of the CADD Technician is to perform non-routine and complex drafting assignments requiring application of standardized drawing techniques. Works independently with occasional advice from supervisor or peers. Should have good, working skills in CADD operations.

Preferred Qualification: Associate or technical school degree or equivalent experience. Experience with MicroStation, AutoCAD and other CAD software. Technically oriented with the rudimentary thought process to visualize constructs in 3-dimensional space. Periodic field assignments.

Required Qualifications: Technical degree or a minimum of 3 years related industry experience. Technically qualified with 3D design software and document management infrastructure. Competency of Microsoft Office products and communication tools. Experience with 3D Coordination tools. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational traits are essential. Intermediate understanding of engineering or architectural concepts.
