Business Process Analyst

Our client is looking for a Business Process Analyst to join their team in Weston, FL. In this role, you will facilitate the delivery of IT Services in support of the client's Commercial Operations. The key focus areas for this role are Warehouse Management, Compliance & Regulatory, Pricing, Contracts, Finance and Vendor Programs solutions for the business. You will work with business stakeholders, internal IT teams, and other cross functional and business resources to deliver and/or support the delivery of projects/initiatives and also assist in the administration and enhancement of current solutions and implementation of new solutions. Additionally, you will develop effective working relationships with the business, and be expected to work with the business to reengineer business processes and manage change into the organization. This is a multi-faceted role requiring strength in business analysis and project management. You are required to go onsite in Weston 3 days a week.

- Relevant certifications such as CBAP, or PMP
- Experience working in Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, Distribution or
Pharmaceutical industry
- Must have 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst
- Proven experience managing IT projects, and initiatives
- Proven experience influencing business process change and adoption of new approaches and tools
- Experience working within an Agile Development project framework and a strong understanding of Agile Methodologies
- Bachelors degree in IT or Management from an accredited college or university
- Experience with MS Office suite of tools and software, especially Excel, Project and Visio
- Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira
