Business Foundations Training Program

Join Year Up United, an intensive job training program designed for young adults eager to develop their skills and launch their professional careers. This program offers classroom skill development, access to valuable internships, job placement services, and personalized coaching and mentorship. Participants also benefit from an educational stipend.

The program seamlessly integrates technical and professional training while providing internship opportunities through our renowned talent placement firm, YUPRO Placement. Potential internships may be with leading companies such as Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Lowe's Companies, Inc., and other top organizations.

Are you eligible?
You can apply if you meet the following criteria:

• A high school graduate or GED recipient
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Available Monday-Friday for the program's duration
• Highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills
• Do not have a Bachelor’s degree

What will you gain?
Throughout the program, you will acquire essential professional business and communication skills, interviewing and networking skills, and resume building techniques. Plus, you will receive continuous support and guidance to successfully launch your career. During your internship, you will earn an educational stipend of $525 per week.
