As a Business Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting critical data to optimize program execution, inform strategic decisions, and drive business results. Your responsibilities will span scheduling, resource mapping, budget management, and performance analytics.

What You'll Do:

• Manage and optimize scheduling and assignments based on program needs.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, insights, and actionable recommendations.
• Evaluate existing processes, propose enhancements, and drive implementation of improvements.
• Develop insightful reports and dynamic dashboards to track performance and support decision-making.
• Lead budget tracking and variance analysis, recommending strategies to maintain financial compliance.
• Collaborate across teams, managing projects end-to-end to ensure timely and successful delivery.
• Engage with stakeholders (clients, suppliers, internal leaders) to gather requirements, align expectations, and provide analytical expertise.
• Conduct market research to maintain industry-leading knowledge of trends, competitors, and customer behaviors.

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in business analysis, finance, or similar roles.
• Strong proficiency with data analysis tools: Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI.
• Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Clear, effective communication and presentation abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively.
• Solid knowledge of project management principles.
