Quickbooks And Bookkeeping Specialist

Records daily financial transactions, manages accounts payable and receivable, reconciles bank statements, and prepares financial reports to maintain a business's financial records accurately. Key duties include processing payments and invoices, handling payroll, maintaining financial ledgers, ensuring tax compliance, and utilizing accounting software like QuickBooks to support financial reporting and analysis. Performs customer service for walk-ins. Performs a variety of additional administrative tasks asked by management.

Entry Level

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $28.00/hr.
