Bilingual Customer Support Specialist - Spanish

As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist at Sherwin-Williams, you will engage with both wholesale and retail customers to identify their needs, provide answers to their inquiries about our products, and recommend tailored solutions. You will play a key role in addressing customer concerns promptly and ensuring utmost satisfaction. Staying informed on our product features, you will help maintain the quality and visual excellence of our store.

Your responsibilities include:

• Delivering exceptional customer service to achieve sales goals.
• Interacting with customers in person and over the phone to assess their needs and suggest appropriate products and services.
• Building trustworthy relationships with our wholesale and retail clientele.
• Accurately processing sales transactions in accordance with company policies.
• Meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Maintaining meticulous work order files and product formulas.
• Assisting in product selection and preparation from the sales floor and warehouse.
• Mixing and tinting products to meet customer specifications.
• Stocking shelves and arranging displays.
• Cleaning store equipment and assisting in the loading/unloading of delivery trucks.
• Having a proactive approach to maintaining organized and presentable store areas.
• Remaining knowledgeable about new products to guide customers effectively.
• Adhering to inventory control protocols.
• Proposing strategies to enhance sales performance.

Your role will be based at our store located at th Street, Queens 11105. This opportunity is ideal for those who prioritize customer relationships and aim to drive results through effective service.

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the country without requiring sponsorship.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in both English and Spanish.
• Possession of a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED.
• At least one (1) year of experience in a retail, delivery, or customer service position.
• Prior experience in selling paint or related products.
• Familiarity with operating tinting and mixing equipment.
