A well-established local Sacramento Mechanical Contractor is looking for a Building Automations Project Manger with experience working on Large commercial and industrial projects.

Qualifications of this Building Automations Project Manger :

4 + years experience in HVAC Controls
Experience managing commercial HVAC controls companies or divisions
Previous experience in a technical role is preferred with experience in budgeting, subcontractor onboarding, programming, job setup, installation, and commissioning
Experience in a variety commercial and industrial project types
Must work well in a team environment
Developed skills (written, oral, and listening) in order to effectively communicate with diverse audiences.
Strong time management and organization
