What You'll Do

As a Senior Bridge Project Manager / Transportation Practice Builder, you'll:

n
• n

  Oversee multidisciplinary teams and manage complex bridge design projects

  n
n
• n

  Lead all phases of bridge design-preliminary through final bid packages

  n
n
• n

  Provide engineering services during construction, including observation and reporting

  n
n
• n

  Develop Design-Build proposals and lead task orders under on-call contracts

  n
n
• n

  Deliver innovative solutions tailored to client, site, and project constraints

  n
n
• n

  Perform quality reviews and provide technical guidance to junior engineers

  n
n
• n

  Coordinate with PMs, Design Leads, and Senior Engineers to meet project milestones

  n
n
• n

  Pursue new business opportunities and strengthen client relationships across the region

n

  Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

  n
n
• n

  PE license in Nevada (or ability to obtain via reciprocity)

  n
n
• n

  15+ years of experience in bridge design and construction

  n
n
• n

  Expertise in multiple structure types: precast concrete, steel, widenings, rehabilitations

  n
n
• n

  Experience managing large, multidisciplinary bridge projects

  n
n
• n

  Strong communication, leadership, and team-building skills

  n
n
• n

  Deep knowledge of AASHTO LRFD, FHWA guidelines, and state-specific standards

  n
n
• n

  Willingness to travel occasionally

  n
n

Ideally, you'll also have:

n
• n

  20+ years of experience with public sector and alternative delivery projects (DB, CM/GC, CMAR, P3)

  n
n
• n

  Existing relationships with Nevada DOT or similar agencies

  n
n
• n

  Experience leading design teams and contributing to strategic growth initiatives

  n
n
