A respected litigation practice in Georgia is seeking an associate attorney with 38 years of experience to join its growing team. This is an opportunity to handle a steady flow of complex litigation matters while gaining meaningful courtroom and deposition experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and advance a litigation caseload from intake through resolution
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents
• Take and defend depositions, argue motions, and appear in court as needed
• Collaborate with partners and clients to develop litigation strategies
• Provide exceptional client service and maintain case progress

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Licensed and in good standing with the Georgia Bar (or ability to become licensed in GA)
• 38 years of litigation experience, ideally with insurance defense, construction, or general civil litigation
• Strong research, writing, and courtroom skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters while maintaining attention to detail
