Collaborate with leading attorneys in the management of complex family law cases.
Gain hands-on experience in drafting a wide range of legal documents, from letters to pleadings, declarations, and briefs.
Engage in discovery processes, crafting meet and confer letters and compelling motions.
Establish meaningful connections with clients, opposing counsel, and the court through efficient communication.
Prepare deposition outlines and exhibits, shaping the path to success in evidentiary hearings and trials.

Qualifications:

Licensed in Tenesseein good standing.
5+years of family law experience.
Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp complex legal concepts, coupled with strong analytical, oral, and written communication skills.
