Machine Operator (2nd Or 3rd Shift)

Location: Foothill Ranch, California

Type: Contract-to-Hire

Shifts Available:

• 2nd Shift: 1 PM 9 PM
• 3rd Shift: 9 PM 5 AM

Join our fast-paced manufacturing team as an Associate Tech/Machine Operator. You'll be responsible for machine setup, monitoring output, minor adjustments, and troubleshooting. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who's tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and ready to grow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up machines daily using basic computer skills
• Track machine output and downtime
• Compile daily reports for supervisors
• Perform minor adjustments and troubleshooting
• Lift and move materials (40+ lbs)
• Operate and cross-train on multiple machines
• Wear required protective gear (gloves, masks, clean room attire)

What You Bring:

• Basic computer literacy
• Ability to lift 40+ lbs and stand/move for 810+ hours
• Willingness to learn and follow directions
• Strong work ethic and attendance record
• No experience requiredjust a great attitude!
• Bonus Skills:
• Prior machine operation experience (a plus, not a must)
• Comfortable working up to 6 days/week and extended hours
• Safety-first mindset with daily stretching routines

Job Type & Location:

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Foothill Ranch, CA.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $18.97 - $20.97/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
