Warehouse Equipment Operator

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM (Up to 10 hours/day with OT)

Pay Rate: $21.00/hour

What You'll Do:

• Operate a clamp forklift to safely load, unload, move, and stack product
• Handle large or fragile items with care and precision using clamp attachments
• Verify shipment accuracy and inspect for damage
• Assist with order picking, packing, labeling, and palletizing
• Load/unload trailers and organize materials for production/shipping
• Perform routine equipment checks and report maintenance needs
• Keep warehouse clean and organized, ensuring aisles and exits are clear
• Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures
• Support other warehouse duties as needed

What We're Looking For:

• 1+ year of recent forklift experience (clamp attachment preferred)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
• Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
• Dependable attendance and a team-first attitude
