Dignity Health – Northridge Hospital Medical Center, a proud member of Dignity Health, is seeking an experienced and dedicated Family Medicine Residency Associate Program Director (APD) to join our leadership team. The APD will play a key role in assisting the Family Medicine Residency Program Director (PD) to lead and oversee the Family Medicine Residency Program. The APD is responsible for helping to ensure the program meets its goals and requirements while providing direct supervision, mentoring, and teaching to residents.

As the Program Director, you will be the cornerstone of the residency program, leading both the educational and clinical components, shaping the next generation of family physicians, and ensuring the program remains innovative, compliant, and aligned with institutional and healthcare needs.
- 40% Associate Program Director: Oversee all aspects of the Family Medicine Residency Program, including curriculum development, faculty oversight, and accreditation compliance.
- 40% Resident Preceptor: Provide hands-on guidance, supervision, and mentorship to residents in clinical settings, helping them develop essential skills and clinical knowledge.
- 20% Non-Faculty Primary Care Clinic Provider: Provide direct patient care in our well-established primary care clinic, contributing to community health while maintaining clinical expertise.
