ADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) .
In this role, you will close sales and win new business within a defined territory. You will attend our award-winning training program and join a sales team that works with both new and existing clients to sell human resources solutions, making employees' lives better with high-quality benefits offerings across the hire-to-retire spectrum. Daily, you will cultivate relationships with Human Resources and executive decision-makers, set appointments, gather leads from internal partners, and assess buyer needs to present the best ADP solutions.
You will manage multiple sales processes at various stages, document them, and follow the process through implementation until the solution is live. As you close deals, you will benefit from industry-leading compensation, benefits, incentives, and awards. Leaders will support your pursuit of advancement and ongoing sales training.

What You’ll Do :
- Grow Our Business While Growing Yours: work within a defined, protected territory to close sales, win business, and reach sales goals by implementing a top-down sales strategy.
- Turn Prospects into Loyal and Referring Clients: close sales by recommending the right solutions to solve clients’ real business needs; network with decision-makers to generate referral business.
- Deepen Relationships Across the ADP Family: cross-sell with other ADP associates to cultivate additional business within existing accounts.
- Collaborate Daily: serve as a trusted advisor and ADP ambassador to clients and internal partners, demonstrating professionalism and ethical standards.
To Succeed in This Role :
Required Qualifications
- Positive Self-Starter with an upbeat, persistent style; ability to cold call; strong time management and multi-tasking; clear communication in writing, in person, and on the phone.
- Strategic Closer with an established network and experience carrying a quota in outside B2B sales; a track record of closing sales and managing a territory.
- Proven Winner with an ambitious spirit who thrives under pressure and aims to exceed quotas.
Educational Requirements
- A college degree is not required. If no degree, acceptable experience includes: three years of B2B sales (preferably field sales) or military experience emphasizing teamwork, resilience, negotiation, trust-building, and a results-oriented mindset.

- Ability to build a network and effectively use social media for sales.
