The firm is seeking Associate Attorneys with 110 years of civil litigation experience to join its Irvine or San Diego offices. Candidates with a personal injury defense background are preferred, though those with strong general civil litigation or plaintiff-side experience will also be considered.

Key responsibilities include managing a diverse caseload within the firm's civil litigation defense practice, conducting discovery, taking and defending depositions, and drafting motions. Prepare cases for trial and participate in trial proceedings. Collaborate closely with partners and senior attorneys on complex cases. Maintain regular communication with clients and opposing counsel.

Qualifications: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar. 110 years of experience in civil litigation (personal injury preferred). Strong writing, research, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines efficiently.

Work environment: Junior attorneys (13 years): Onsite. Mid-level attorneys: Hybrid. Senior attorneys: Remote. Billable expectation: Minimum of 160 hours per month (most attorneys bill between 160180 hours).
