LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a leading property management company to fill their open Assistant Community Manager job in Fort Collins, CO. To qualify, you must have at least 2 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role.

This is a direct hire job opportunity where you will earn between $23.00 and $24.00 per hour. You will also be eligible for this company's benefits package.

Responsibilities:

• Providing excellent customer service to residents
• Facilitating move-in and move-out processes
• Coordinating community events
• Conducting property tours and assisting with lease applications
• Maintaining compliance with all relevant laws and regulations such as HUD, LIHTC, etc.
• Monitoring occupancy rates
• Collaborating with maintenance staff to complete work orders
• Assisting with rent collection
• All other related tasks as required

Qualifications:

• At least two years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role
• Fluency in Spanish preferred
• Previous experience in affordable housing preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office Suite

Compensation:

• Hourly rate between $23.00 and $24.00
