Responsibilities:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a vital role by assisting licensed care staff in delivering a variety of clinical and technical tasks for our residents. This includes helping with activities of daily living, light housekeeping, dining and tray services, escort services, performing vital signs and weights, and other care-related duties as assigned. You will actively engage as part of the care team in quality assessment, performance improvement activities, and promptly notifying the team of any changes in residents' conditions.

Qualifications:

• Must possess current state certification; prior experience is essential.
• Experience with geriatric clients is highly preferred.
• A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
• Current CPR/Automated External Defibrillator (AED) certifications are required.
• First Aid certification is required or willingness to obtain.
• Food handlers certification and Certified Medical Technician/Certified Medication Aide certification, as required.
• Basic computer skills or the ability and willingness to learn.
