Our client, a leading manufacturer in the assembly industry, is seeking an Assembly position to join their team. As an Assembly worker, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting the production line. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent hand-eye coordination, and a commitment to quality, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Burlington, IA

Pay Range: $15 per hour

Shift: 1st Shift: Regular hours: 7:00 a.m. 3:30 p.m. 2nd Shift: Regular hours: 3:30 p.m. 12:00 a.m.

What's the Job?

• Perform assembly tasks including crimping and sawing.
• Ensure quality standards are met during the assembly process.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Participate in training and development programs as needed.

What's Needed?

• Assembly, crimping and saw experience preferred, we welcome entry-level candidates.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
