As an Electromechanical Assembler, you will be responsible for using a wide range of machines, hand tools, and electrical assembly components to produce quality parts and assemble items for integration with industrial automation and robotic system applications. You will also be engaged in testing, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical and mechanical components on robots.

Responsibilities:

• Produce quality parts using a wide range of machines and hand tools.
• Assemble items for integration with industrial automation and robotic systems.
• Test, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and mechanical components on robots.
• Read and understand electrical blueprints for wiring control panels.

• Mechanical aptitude

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• A minimum of one year of experience in electrical troubleshooting, wiring, maintenance, control panels, and PLCs.
• Experience from a 2-year technical college or equivalent work experience is advantageous.

Work Environment:

The work environment is a manufacturing setting that is very clean and climate-controlled. The team consists of four other Electrical Assembly Technicians. The current work schedule is from 6:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Thursday, with overtime available on Fridays from 6:00 am to 3:00 pm.

Job Type & Location:

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Council Bluffs, Iowa.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
