General Production Worker

As a general production worker, you will be responsible for measuring and cutting industrial belts to precise specifications using tape measures and other measuring tools. You will assemble belt kits using hand tools and follow detailed work instructions. Additionally, you will lay out belts on work tables, inspect materials for quality and accuracy, and prepare completed belt kits for packaging and shipment. Maintaining a clean and organized work area while following all safety protocols is essential. Collaboration with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and timelines is also a key aspect of this role.

Responsibilities

Essential Skills

Job Type & Location

This is a contract to hire position based out of Urbandale, Iowa.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
