Our client, a leader in manufacturing solutions, is seeking an Application Engineer to join their team. As an Application Engineer, you will be part of the technical support team, ensuring seamless integration of software solutions in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a self-motivated approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Application Engineer

Location: Novi, MI (30% travel, rest of time in office)

Pay Range: $28-$35

What's the Job?

• Configure and set up databases for Q-DAS software solutions.

• Perform software installation and ensure proper system functionality.

• Establish interfaces with gauges and other data sources to ensure seamless integration.

• Customize and configure user interfaces and system option settings for optimal performance.

• Provide on-site and remote support to assist customers during their ramp-up phase.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information effectively.

• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and professional growth.

• Experience working in a manufacturing environment with a focus on quality assurance and data analysis.

• Understanding of gauging and machine manufacturing principles.
