Front-End Developer

This role focuses on developing and maintaining the front-end (client-side) of applicationsprimarily web-based, but also mobile and responsive applications. The Front-End Developer is responsible for designing and implementing user interfaces and ensuring a seamless user experience.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Engage with customers to understand their use cases, pain points, and requirements. Advocate for user-centric software solutions with empathy and insight.
2. Design, develop, and deliver solutions using a variety of tools, languages, frameworks, and technologies.
3. Ensure development aligns with architectural guidelines for a unified and coherent approach.
4. Work closely with product owners, designers, back-end developers, and architects to deliver high-quality solutions.
5. Create mock-ups and prototypes to visualize new features. Participate in design reviews and product demos.
6. Conduct functional and UI automated testing to ensure high-quality development.
7. Continuously improve application performance by fixing bugs, optimizing code, and implementing new technologies.
8. Apply programming practices including cross-browser compatibility testing, SEO principles, and accessibility standards.
9. Build user-friendly, interactive experiences using enterprise brand standards and templates. Utilize technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React and Angular.
10. Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in user interface design.

Skills required include:

• Java
• Angular
• React

Experience required includes:

• Engineer Level 3
• Practical experience in 2 coding languages or advanced proficiency in 1 language
• 6+ years in IT
• 4+ years in development

A bachelor's degree is required.

Additional information:

• Work arrangement: Hybrid (4 days onsite per week)
