Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Airtable Engineer to support the development and maintenance of Airtable-based solutions for internal teams.
This role involves gathering requirements, building scalable Airtable systems, and acting as the subject matter expert (SME) for Airtable functionality.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solutions engineering, excellent customer support skills, and a solid understanding of software development and business operations processes.

Key Responsibilities

Gather requirements and develop Airtable-based solutions for internal stakeholders.
Act as the engineering SME for all Airtable-related queries and technical support.
Support data management and maintain the existing Airtable ecosystem.
Collaborate with Technical Solutions Architects, Solutions Engineers, and Lead Producers to enhance Airtable functionality.
Enable better forecasting and automation by centralizing vendor and operational data.
Ensure Airtable solutions align with business operations such as roadmaps, capacity planning, and development workflows.

Required Qualifications

3â€“5 years of experience in solutions engineering, including 3+ years of hands-on Airtable development.
Proven experience in requirements gathering and translating business needs into technical solutions.
Strong customer support skills for engineered solutions.
Solid understanding of software development and business operations processes (e.g., team operations, capacity planning, development workflows).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Education: Bachelors Degree
