- Provide individual and group therapy for adolescents, teens, and families using evidence-based therapeutic techniques
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to the needs of each individual
- Establish a safe and nurturing therapeutic environment in accordance with practice standards
- Collaborate with other clinicians, families, and the Clinic Director to ensure quality care and client satisfaction
- Participate in team meetings, supervision, and ongoing professional development opportunities
- Master's degree in a behavioral health science or related field
- Full clinical licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of adolescent development, family dynamics, and therapeutic interventions
- Ability to develop creative therapeutic interventions that engage teens in the therapeutic process
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Office 365 and EHR systems (Valant experience is a plus!)
- Expected to maintain a caseload of 25+ clients per week
- Flexibility to work both in-office and remotely (depending on client needs)
- Occasional evening and weekend hours to accommodate family schedules

- Competitive salary with potential to earn up to $70,000 - $90,000+ annually depending on experience and caseload
