Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls and send follow-up emails to insurance agencies regarding claims and documentation.
- Accurately enter and maintain data using Aspire software , ensuring records are up-to-date and error-free.
- Track outreach results and provide regular updates to management.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail while managing multiple priorities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of insurance-related tasks.
- Previous experience in administrative support, insurance coordination, or customer service.
- Strong communication skills with a professional phone presence.
- Proficiency in data entry and reporting using Aspire or similar platforms.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Organized, reliable, and comfortable handling sensitive information.
- Gain hands-on experience in insurance coordination and administrative operations.
- Work with a team that values accuracy, accountability, and clear communication.
- Assist with projects during a high-volume period, contributing to essential tasks and supporting team goals.
