A nationally recognized health insurer is seeking a Network Pricing Consultant to lead strategic pricing initiatives and support provider network development within its Dental division. This role is ideal for a data-driven professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for optimizing healthcare access and affordability.

This is a hybrid position - 3x a week in-office, 2x WFH (Boston, MA or New York, NY)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of analysts in evaluating and optimizing PPO and DHMO provider compensation.
• Oversee changes to fee schedules and assess financial impacts on dental rates.
• Manage rental access fee payments and relationships with network partners.
• Develop and maintain analytical tools to support pricing, retention, and recruitment strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and enhance network performance.
• Support RFP responses and sales initiatives with data-driven insights.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Actuarial Science, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in actuarial or data analytics, preferably in healthcare or insurance.
• Proficiency in Excel and/or VBA; experience with Tableau and Alteryx is a plus.
• Experience with provider fee analysis (PPO and HMO) is preferred.
• ASA designation is preferred.
• Proven ability to lead multiple projects and manage direct reports.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
