Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the accounts receivable portfolio for designated client accounts.
Accurately process and post cash receipts and transactions in a timely manner.
Maintain daily cash tracking and prepare comprehensive cash reports.
Investigate and resolve client account discrepancies, deductions, and chargebacks.
Collaborate with internal teams to address high-risk or problematic accounts.
Prepare detailed reports and analyses related to accounts receivable metrics.
Foster and maintain positive relationships with clients and external contacts.
Utilize client and vendor platforms for effective account management.
Perform additional duties and projects as assigned to support the finance team.

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and general record-keeping systems.
Experience in a law firm setting is highly preferred, but not required.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and record management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proactive, collaborative, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
