As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will play a key role in supporting our long-term care facilities by ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments. You will be responsible for maintaining organized records, resolving vendor inquiries, and upholding the integrity of our financial operations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Match vendor invoices to purchase orders, requisitions, and packing slips to verify pricing and receipt of goods
• Accurately allocate general ledger accounts and prepare invoices for data entry
• Input invoices into the AP system, select for payment, print checks and reports, and manage mailing and filing
• Communicate with vendors, facility staff, and the Purchasing Director to resolve billing issues
• Maintain accurate records and organized files for assigned facilities
• Monitor AP system for irregularities and report issues to the AP Supervisor
• Support our core mission through dependable, confidential, and customer-first service

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in accounting or business preferred
• Prior accounts payable experience strongly preferred

Qualifications:

• Associates degree in accounting, business management or related field preferred
• Familiarity with Great Plains (or other ERP) system preferred
• Previous AP experience a plus
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Demonstrated proficiency with computer usage and applications such as Microsoft Office
