Accounts Payable Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Analyst for a 3-month contract with a large retail firm in Issaquah, WA. This is a 100% onsite position with working hours from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The primary responsibility of this role is to perform a three-way match with customs invoices to ensure accurate payments. The role also involves monthly auditing of customs documentation and invoices, utilizing VLOOKUP and pivot tables for data sorting. A strong attention to detail and a passion for working with data are essential in this position.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a three-way match with customs invoices to ensure correct payment alignment.
• Perform monthly audits of customs documentation and invoices.
• Utilize VLOOKUP and pivot tables to sort and analyze data.
• Manage reconciliations and purchasing/invoice management.
• Handle large amounts of data with accuracy and attention to detail.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in data analysis and reconciliation.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
• Experience with SAP and handling commercial invoices.
• Strong background in accounting, data entry, and customs documentation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in managing large datasets effectively.

This is a Contract position based out of Issaquah, Washington.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $28.00/hr.
