Senior System Analyst

We are seeking a proactive and versatile Sr. Systems Support Specialist to own and manage all aspects of IT operations across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-autonomy environment and is passionate about optimizing technology to support both office and field teams. This is a fully onsite role with flexible hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own all IT functions including hardware procurement, setup, maintenance, troubleshooting, and decommissioning.
• Manage software licensing and user access across platforms to ensure compliance and cost efficiency.
• Oversee systems administration and support for company-wide tools and platforms like Salesforce, serving as the SME and admin, managing day-to-day operations and user support.
• Lead a data migration to Google Drive, ensuring proper permissions, archiving protocols, and data confidentiality.
• Provide ongoing training and documentation for company systems to ensure effective use across the organization.
• Evaluate current IT tools and processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Implement new technologies and solutions to enhance operational efficiency for both office and field teams.

Qualifications:

• 4–7 years of progressive experience in IT systems, administration, or technology management.
• Proven expertise as a Salesforce admin, with experience in customization and developer collaboration.
• Hands-on experience with data migrations Google Drive migrations.
• Strong knowledge of hardware lifecycle management and networking fundamentals.
• Familiarity with G Suite, Smartsheet, and other business software.
• Experience with IT procurement and asset management.
• Construction industry experience preferred
