Our client, a leader in the technology sector, is seeking a 5DX Programmer/Technician to join their team. As a 5DX Programmer/Technician, you will be part of the engineering department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: 5DX Programmer/Technician

Location: Milpitas, CA

Pay Range: $25.00-$30.00/hr

Shift: Day Shift (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM)

What's the Job?

Responsible for 5DX programming and X-ray inspections for complex PCA.
Create 5DX inspection programs for NPI PCAs and revision updates for production PCAs.
Order fixtures and tooling, fine-tune programs after the first board is available.
Analyze inspection results, identify defects, and improve programs based on test results.
Participate in Lean/Kaizen events to enhance cycle times and yields.

What's Needed?

Strong knowledge of both Agilent 5DX and Omron 5DX operation.
4-5 years hands-on experience in creating programs for 5DX/AOI.
AS degree in Electronics Technician.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Proficient in computer applications including MS Word and MS Excel.
