3rd Key / Business Manager
Join our team at The Learning Experience in Billerica, MA. As the 3rd Key / Business Manager, you will:
- Open and close the center as part of the leadership team.
- Assist the Center Director and Assistant Director with day-to-day business operations, including parent communications, scheduling, and staff support.
- Support enrollment growth by providing tours, follow-up calls, and family engagement.
- Oversee compliance with state regulations and company policies.
- Manage tuition collection and assist with billing and payment processes.
- Serve as a mentor and resource for teachers, modeling professional conduct.
- Step into classrooms as needed to maintain ratios and ensure quality care.
- Partner with leadership on marketing, event planning, and center success goals.
