2nd Shift - Mfg Assoc Certifier

Pallet Inventory Certification

This position contributes to the success of the Pepsi Beverages Company by certifying pallet inventory in a fast-paced warehouse operation.

Responsibilities

1. Keep accurate records of certified loads transported out of the facility for DSD delivery
2. Provide coaching and counseling to Pickers on Pallet build practices.
3. Provide feedback to Product Availability Supervisor (PAS) on workflow, loading issues and developmental opportunities of picker and loaders
4. Track each load accurately
5. Accurately count all pallets
6. Maintain pace of pallet configuration
7. Ensure that inline adjustments are made and used for all pallets
8. Identify priorities and coordinate resources
9. Assess and enhance the skill set of pickers
10. Recommend process improvements
11. Coordinate picker and loader team
12. Ensure stability of all loaded pallets by proper use of load straps
13. Embrace and promote a culture of "stack, wrap, strap"
14. Other duties as Assigned

Compensation and Benefits

• The expected compensation range for this position is between $38,700 - $61,850.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience working a flexible schedule including early morning, late night and/or weekends
• This position is limited to persons?with indefinite right to work in the United States
