Interim HealthCare in New Hampshire is seeking a skilled and compassionate LNA for our Private Duty care team. This role, with a schedule of Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, from 12:30pm to 7:00pm, offers a competitive salary of $29 per hour and the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of our patients and their families. The job is located in Kingston, New Hampshire.

Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care to the patient, including medication administration, general care, and patient monitoring.
n
• Communicate with the patient's healthcare team, including the physician, nurse practitioner, and case manager as needed.
n
• Provide emotional support and comfort to the patient.
n
• Catheter care

Job Requirements 

n
• Valid Nursing License (LPN/RN) in the State of New Hampshire
n
• One year of pediatric working experience within the last five years preferred
n
• Home care experience preferred
n
• Current CPR Certification Required (We offer monthly renewal classes paid for by Interim HealthCare)
n
• Administering and managing G-tube feedings and medications according to the patient's care plan.
n
• Promptly responding to and managing seizures or other medical emergencies.
n
